Our COVID-19 Policies
Welcome Back!
We’re so excited to welcome our guests back onto our 100-acre property for team building and outdoor adventures! We are taking every precaution to keep you and your team safe during your visit.
Facilitation
We are utilizing physically distanced activities and initiatives at this time. Participants will be able to engage with each other in meaningful ways while maintaining personal space. While meeting CDC recommendations we are still able to offer a wide variety of problem solving initiatives and group bonding activities.
- Participants are asked to maintain healthy practices, including hand washing and sanitizing.
- Larger groups are distributed into smaller groups and matched with a single facilitator for their program to minimize contact with multiple persons.
- Masks and gloves may be provided for participant use and facilitators will wear masks upon request.
- Activities are flexible and can be arranged to fit the comfort level of the group.
Check-in Process
Waiver: Before your tour, in order to participate, you’ll need to sign an online waiver. You can find this waiver in your group’s confirmation email. Completing this before arrival avoids congestions around our waiver kiosks.
PPE Requirements
When participating in outdoor team building activities groups may follow their own PPE guidelines. Facilitators will wear masks upon request.
Participating in zipline, high ropes and climbing tower adventures have the following requirements:
Face Coverings: Guests are encouraged to wear a mask while on tour. Guides will wear masks upon request.
Gloves: All guests will be given a pair of nitrile gloves and will be required to wear them during the tour.
Hand Sanitizer: Guests will be required to apply hand sanitizer before using the gear or gloves provided for the tour.
Minimize Contact: Guides will be instructed in adjusting their normal procedures to minimize physical contact between themselves and guests.
Screening Procedures
Facilitators and Guides: Staff with high temperatures, who feel sick at all, or who have been exposed to COVID-19 at any level will be required to stay home.
Guests: Guests who feel sick, who are running a fever, or who have been exposed to COVID-19 in any way, may not be on the premises of Lake Geneva Ziplines & Adventures.
Surface Sanitization: We’ll be regularly sanitizing high-traffic areas and surfaces with disinfectant spray.
Gear: We’re carefully sanitizing our props, helmets, harnesses, and gloves, and will be spacing out and rotating the use of our gear so different tour groups don’t use the same gear back to back.
Sanitation Procedures
Hand Sanitizer: Hand sanitizer will be available for participants before their program and within their program.
Bathrooms: Bathrooms will be regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Surface Sanitization: We will be regularly sanitizing high-traffic areas and surfaces with disinfectant spray.
Gear: We’ll carefully sanitize our props, helmets, harnesses, and gloves, and will be spacing out and rotating the use of our gear so different tour groups don’t use the same gear back-to-back.
Cancellation & Rebooking Policies
Cancellation: You will receive a full refund for any cancellation made up to 48 hours prior to your tour start time. If you need to cancel within 48 hours, you’ll receive a voucher for the full amount of your deposit.
Rebooking: If you need to rebook your program for any reason, you may choose another available date. There is no charge to rebook your tour for a future date.
