Team Building Done Right

Team Building programs are custom tailored to fit each team. Our progression of activities creates a shared experience in a unique setting. Problem solving activities emphasize collaboration and strengthening of team skills, while interpersonal initiatives provide opportunities for individuals to gain a better understanding of self and others. Each program culminates in a debrief session for team members to synthesize information from the experience and incorporate new learning back into the workplace.

Meetings to Energize Your Team

Elevate your next off-site meeting with a cozy meeting space and adventure options for incredible fun and amazing growth. Our conference room as a meeting table for 10 with flexible seating for up to 18 people. Amenities include a large TV with laptop hook up for presentations, or keep it off line with the oversized whiteboard. Coffee and tea provided. 

Conference room available 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Adventures Your Team Needs for the Outcomes you Want 

More than just a meeting with two included adventures! One to achieve together, one to adventure together. Both to bring out the best in your team. Flexible scheduling to meet your needs. Adventures available starting between 9:00 am -2:00 pm.

Racing Zipline

Escape outside and catch a trill! A thrill that’s short and sweet! Tandem lines 1,221 feet long allow participants to ‘race’ to the bottom with skyline views over Lake Como.

Questions - FAQs

No, there is no weight requirement for participation in our Team Building activities. For Ziplining and the High Ropes Course we do require participants to be between 70 and 250 pounds.

  • Dress for the weather.
  • Closed toe and secure heel shoes are required.
  • For adventures, long hair should be tied back and avoid dangling jewelry.
  • Skirts and/or short shorts are NOT recommended for any of our activities and especially for any harnessed adventures.
We can plan programs for most any age. However, Team Building focused on enhancing collaboration, problem-solving, leadership skills, etc., typically works best starting with middle school age participants.
We’ll build a program that will work for your team. For example, we can have everyone in the group participate in Team Building initiatives for the first half of the program and then split the group so those who want to zipline can do so while those who prefer not to zipline participate in our scavenger hunt that utilizes our hiking trails.
The foundation of our Team Building experiences are group initiatives. These activities consist of facilitated challenges that help participants explore their role within the group, how they interact with other group members, and build leadership, problem-solving, goal settings, etc. skills. Specific areas of focus are determined by the participant group leader during our pre-program planning process. Initiatives are active, hands-on, and tailored to meet the interests/needs of each group. So the same activity might be used with a high school soccer team and a workplace team of professional colleagues but the exact guidelines for how to accomplish the task, the discussions during the activity and the debriefing discussion will be very different.
